Hi @janelle-dominiq , Sorry for the delayed response. The item was in great condition, thanks for sending. The problem is that there is a strong/smokey odor to the garment that my dry cleaner said they most likely couldn't get rid of. I'm not sure if something happened in transit during shipping or what. So sorry to have to dispute. I am a little

@caralyn-mezyk I don't smoke. I left the package in the shipment pickup room of my building and I have no idea what might have happened from there. Unfortunately, neither of us will get our points if the trade is not marked as "Good" The only thing that we can do is a retrade outside of the system, but I honestly don't feel comfortable doing that.

@caralyn-mezyk Can you possibly try another dry cleaner or try "Ozium"? It works great for scents Its made to remove smoke. I've had many nights out on the town around smoking people and the scent did not stay in the clothes. Or just use your points for something else and retrade the dress when the smoke scent goes away?? A retrade seems excessive.
