@Karen Shepard I've updated. Shoes are generally a 7.5-8 depending on type of shoe. So I've never traded here obviously so if you could answer how you intended to get these shoes, whether it has to be via trade or Points.

@heidi-elkins yes I will have to be shipping them tomorrow as I cannot get to the mail today. They will not be sent in a box unfortunately, but I do have individual dust bags per shoe that they will be shipped in.

I dont mean to bother you, but Im pretty sure if these arent shipped today haute trader is going to automatically cancel the order since today makes a full week since I ordered them. I really want these and dont want them to cancel, so can you please let me know what the plan is? Thank you

@heidi-elkins oh no!! I sincerely apologize. I've been sick for the last two days and have not been able to get to the post office. I sincerely apologize for the wait. IF it does cancel, is it possible for you to repurchase and I can drop in mail tomorrow first thing?

@lauren-hines its ok things happen! Im pretty sure as long as its shipped early enough tomorrow it will be fine! They usually dont cancel until late in the day to give some time, and even if you did ship and it was cancelled for some reason, I can email haute trader and they can see tracking has updated to shipped so it will be fine. Is there any way you will be able to ship tomorrow so we can try and avoid that scenario?

@lauren-hines hello Lauren! I just got the shoes today and they are beautiful! Since you didnt ship early enough on the 8th day, the trade was automatically cancelled. I thought you just decided not to ship at all. However, since you did things got a little messy, but I have taken care of it. My points went back into my account automatically since it got cancelled, I just spoke to a rep from haute and we worked it out! I told her what happened so she is going to release your 400 points from my account now. Also I asked them to remove the original review since you did not deserve it, and she said by the end of the day your 400 points will be available and the review will be changed. The boots are lovely I really appreciate it! If everything isnt straightened out by the end of the day just let me know and Ill call or email them again, but everything should be handled by today. Thanks again!
