Hi @julia-lambright The label thing might be a blessing in disguise. I just noticed that my shoes are a 40 but they are listed as 9. I am so sorry about this issue. Would you still like me to ship them? If I do, we will still get our HautePoints reward and you can retrade them. Please let me know what to do. They are indeed gorgeous and never worn.
