The average delivery time falls between 2 and 4 working days. Premium trades take a bit longer due to inspection. We ask that you ship your items within 3 days of the trade agreement date.
When you list an item on HauteTrader, the system will estimate its weight based upon it's category. Upon completing the trade agreement, if you find that the system has miscalculated your item's weight, please immediately notify us of the discrepancy so that we can amend the value of your shipping label or assign you a new one.
Inspect the contents of your delivery as soon as it arrives. If the item is not as described, you may launch a dispute against the corresponding trader via the Confirm Trade Delivery page. Please help us to maintain a safe trading community by rating and reviewing your trade experience.
HauteTrader requires that your shipping address matches your billing address. This safety measure helps us to protect the items you send and the items you receive.
After making a trade agreement, you can track your trade via the Trade Information page. (Click on My Haute-Trader and select Trade Info.) Under In-Transit/Completed Trades, you will find the transit status of the item you're expecting, and the transit status of the item you've sent.
