Hi hon! @moon-zaks I went to one that said he could not fix them but the others said they could. It just depends on the shop. If I could fit them I would have definitely kept them and had them fixed. Best wishes :)

@lotty-blakely do you have a proof of purchase by any chance? Box or receipt? I know at bergdorfs they have all receipts and purchases on file. They can print it for you- louboutin needs a proof of purchase from the store and only the purchaser can get it. Thanks so much !!!

@lotty-blakely I am trying to fix these shoes however louboutin does not have the heel as the shoe is a couple of years old. I called bergdorf- they need a order number also was this purchased online or at the store? Which store location? Plz help me out to fix this or the shoes cannot be used.
