@kelly Ra you had received the message on how HT works that's why I was under the impression you were ok with accepting points for this bag. HT policy & the message you received on your Valentino bag post states that if you don't want to trade for points you must place your bag under premium not accepting HT points. If you read that why not follow directions to avoid this issue? I now have to wait 7 days to get my points back and you will receive a lame girl status review. I suggest you change your Bottega now to avoid the same problem. It is draining to see people not follow the HT agreement.
