@yvette-goldstein yes. They said after seven days, if not shipped, it expires and they put points in your account. I sent them a lengthy email last night explaining that they need a way for members to cancel transactions as you should not have to wait a week to get your haute dollars back. I think they have a lot of kinks to still work out.
