@cynthia-wilson so sorry about this! I emailed hautetrader support back and forth this bag sold on another website just hours before you purchased with haute points! I emailed support as soon as I saw you purchased ( was planning on taking the bag down soon) and they were suppose to cancel this transaction and let you know too.Im not sure why the transaction wasn't canceled the first day I apologize
